Treatments offered at Cure by Nature, 95 Replingham Road, SW18 5LU are available Sunday to Friday, 9am – 8pm. Please call 0208-875-1101 to make a booking at this clinic. Services at Cure by Nature are payable by cash or cheque.

Sometimes when you call you will go straight to voicemail.
If that happens it is because we are on the phone to another client so please leave a message and we promise to call you back.

AVAILABILITY OF MOBILE SERVICES

Bookings need to be made at least 48hrs in advance for individual
treatments and 1 week advance notice for spa parties/corporate bookings.

Mobile Services are available by special arrangement only

Prices quoted are for execution of services in SE1 - SE28 and SW1 - SW20, between the hours of 8am–7pm. Beyond this radius/time a surcharge of £10.00 will be added based on distance and time. If you live outside of London, within the M25 area, there is a service charge of £20 regardless of the time.

Customers requiring services within the congestion charge zone will be asked to provide therapists with a visitor parking permit or a contribution of £5.00 towards the congestion charge fee.

There is a minimum call out fee of £55.00,

In case the therapist is kept waiting outside for more than 15 minutes into the scheduled appointment time without prior notification we will consider that as a cancellation and the full appointment charge will then apply.

For all appointments on which the therapist is kept waiting into the appointment scheduled time you will be provided with the outstanding treatment time. An extra charge will apply if you wish to add on time in order to have the full treatment but that will be a subject of the therapist’s availability.

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. Therefore credit cards details will be taken in order to guarantee appointments.

Gratuities

Leaving gratuities for a job well done is always appreciated but never expected.

Cancellations

There is a strict cancellation policy. The full cost of your treatment will be charged to the card holding the booking if cancellations are made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations must be made by emailing us at info@the balm.co.uk.

For appointments booked within 24 hours, the notice is 4 hours in advance

As a consideration to you, appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance

Your Treatment

Please call in advance to reserve your preferred appointment time and to discuss any special needs or questions you may have.

In order to set-up therapists will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the appointment time. Depending on the particular requirements of your treatment please ensure that the therapist has access to good lighting, hot water, power supply, and sufficient space for a therapy couch.

Before your first treatment you will be asked for a brief medical history as certain health conditions might be contra-indications to some treatments

We require parental permission for any client under the age of 16.

In the interest of both client and therapist safety we reserve the right to refuse a treatment if we deem it inappropriate

At the balm we are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy and looking after your best interests. All personal details are kept in the strictest confidence and are used only for the purpose of providing you with a safe, efficient and professional service.

Treatments are carried out by highly qualified and experienced therapists. Who are carefully selected. All practitioners are CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC qualified and fully insured members of BABTAC, FHT or other relevant organisations.

Our therapists’ use only leading brands in the industry including Aveda, OPI, Bobbi Brown, MAC, and others. It is the quality of organic ingredients, the philosophy and science of these companies, and most importantly, the effectiveness of the products that is the criteria we apply to choose the brands.
